Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Core the apples and slice them in half.
- Combine the brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the sugar mixture inside the apples and place a small piece of butter on each half.
- Place the apples in the air fryer basket and cook for about 10 minutes until tender and golden.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired.
