Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place the battered cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not crowded.
- Spray the cauliflower lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
- Toss the cooked cauliflower with buffalo sauce until evenly coated in a separate bowl.
- Return to air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes to crisp up the buffalo sauce.
- Serve hot as an appetizer or snack.
Notes
Cut the cauliflower into even-sized florets and avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket for best results.
