Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in the cheese and garlic.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, olive oil, and egg.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket.
- Pour the batter into the basket and spread it evenly.
- Cook for about 12-15 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown on top.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it cool slightly before slicing.
- Serve warm, optionally garnished with herbs.
Notes
Use freshly shredded cheese for better melting and flavor. Feel free to add your favorite herbs or spices to the batter for a unique twist.
