Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into thin fries.
  3. Soak the cut fries in water for about 30 minutes to remove excess starch, then drain and pat them dry.
  4. Toss the fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings in a bowl.
  5. Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden.
  7. Remove and serve hot.

Notes

Cut the fries evenly for uniform cooking. Soaking the fries helps make them crispier. Don’t overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if needed. Experiment with different seasonings to find your favorite flavor.
