Ingredients
Scale
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons berry jam (such as strawberry or raspberry)
- Butter or cooking spray (for greasing)
Instructions
- Spread peanut butter on one slice of bread and jam on the other slice.
- Press the slices together to form a sandwich.
- Seal the edges by pressing down with a fork.
- Lightly butter the outside of the sandwich or spray with cooking spray.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the sandwich in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the bread is golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer, let cool for a minute, and then slice in half to serve.
Notes
Use fresh bread for the best texture. Feel free to experiment with different types of bread or jams.
