Baked turkey meatballs offer a healthier twist on the classic, perfect for meals or snacks and loved by both kids and adults.

  • Total Time: 29 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds ground turkey (93% lean)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix with your hands until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on the baking sheet with some space between each one.
  4. Bake for 10-14 minutes until lightly browned and cooked through. The center of the meatball should reach 165°F on an instant-read thermometer. Start checking the meatballs around the 10-minute mark so they don’t overcook.

Notes

Use lean ground turkey for a healthier option. Don’t over-mix the meat mixture to avoid tough meatballs.
