Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds ground turkey (93% lean)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix with your hands until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on the baking sheet with some space between each one.
- Bake for 10-14 minutes until lightly browned and cooked through. The center of the meatball should reach 165°F on an instant-read thermometer. Start checking the meatballs around the 10-minute mark so they don’t overcook.
Notes
Use lean ground turkey for a healthier option. Don’t over-mix the meat mixture to avoid tough meatballs.
