- 4 cups Cooked Rice
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1 pound Chicken Breast
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 cup Carrots
- 1 cup Green Peas
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 stalks Green Onions
- 4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 cup Bang Bang Sauce
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken breast and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Push the chicken to one side of the pan. Pour in the eggs on the other side. Scramble until fully cooked, then combine with the chicken.
- Add the minced garlic, carrots, and green peas. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables soften.
- Add the cooked rice to the pan. Pour in the soy sauce and Bang Bang sauce. Stir well to combine everything.
- Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, allowing the rice to get crispy.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Using day-old rice yields the best results for crispy fried rice. Feel free to add extra veggies or adjust the spice level.
