A delightful twist on traditional fried rice with the bold flavors of Bang Bang sauce, perfect for a weeknight meal.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups Cooked Rice
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 pound Chicken Breast
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Green Peas
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 stalks Green Onions
  • 4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Bang Bang Sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Push the chicken to one side of the pan. Pour in the eggs on the other side. Scramble until fully cooked, then combine with the chicken.
  4. Add the minced garlic, carrots, and green peas. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables soften.
  5. Add the cooked rice to the pan. Pour in the soy sauce and Bang Bang sauce. Stir well to combine everything.
  6. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, allowing the rice to get crispy.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Using day-old rice yields the best results for crispy fried rice. Feel free to add extra veggies or adjust the spice level.
