- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- Graham cracker crumbs (for serving)
Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream until combined.
- Swirl in the mixed berries into the cheesecake mixture.
- Spoon the mixture into mini cups or molds.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes.
- Serve with graham cracker crumbs sprinkled on top.
Notes
For best results, make sure your cream cheese is softened. You can use different types of berries or even add lemon zest for variation.
