- 1 pinch nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- If using a homemade pie crust, roll it out and fit it into a pie dish. If using store-bought, place it in the dish directly.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and whole milk until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded cheese, cooked bacon, diced ham, sautéed spinach, and caramelized onion. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pie crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
- Allow it to cool slightly before slicing.
