  • 0.5 cup sautéed spinach (ensure moisture is squeezed out)
  • 0.5 cup caramelized onion (shallots can replace for a milder flavor)
  • Salt (adjust to taste)
  • Black pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 pinch nutmeg (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. If using a homemade pie crust, roll it out and fit it into a pie dish. If using store-bought, place it in the dish directly.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and whole milk until smooth.
