Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 can Strawberry Pie Filling
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 box Dry Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the fresh strawberries and strawberry pie filling in a large mixing bowl. Mix well and spread it evenly in a greased baking dish.
  3. Whip the cream cheese until smooth in a separate bowl. Add in the sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the strawberry layer in the baking dish.
  5. Evenly sprinkle the dry cake mix over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Pour the melted butter over the dry cake mix, covering it as best as you can.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream. Can last in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
