Instructions
- In a large pot, add the diced chicken and cook over medium heat until browned.
- Stir in the chopped vegetables and cook until softened.
- Add the pasta, BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, and enough water or broth to cover the pasta.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve warm.
