Instructions
- Cook the meatballs according to package instructions; set aside.
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and add garlic powder, sautéing briefly.
- Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and uncooked pasta.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 10-12 minutes until pasta is cooked through.
- Add in cooked meatballs, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese; mix until creamy.
- Serve warm, garnished with green onions if desired.
Notes
For a spicier dish, add more buffalo sauce according to your taste. To make it healthier, consider using whole-grain pasta or adding vegetables like spinach or bell peppers.
