- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Egg roll wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cheese, and green onions in a mixing bowl until well mixed.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Place about 2 tablespoons of filling in the center. Fold and roll tightly, sealing the edges with water if necessary.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Notes
