  • 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken and sausage; cook until browned.
  3. Add chopped onion, bell peppers, and minced garlic; sauté until vegetables are soft.
  4. Stir in cajun seasoning and cook for another minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add cooked pasta to the skillet; mix well to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve with grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley on top.

Notes

For a lighter version, use whole wheat pasta or low-fat cream. Adjust cajun seasoning for desired spice level.
