Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the minced garlic and Cajun seasoning, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cheeses (Parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar) and stir until melted and smooth.
- Mix in the cooked tortellini, coating it well with the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For a spicier kick, adjust the Cajun seasoning to your taste. This dish can be altered by using shrimp instead of chicken or different types of cheese.
