A fun twist on classic Chicken Alfredo, this Monkey Bread combines creamy Alfredo sauce, tender chicken, and cheesy goodness in a pull-apart format.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup of cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup of Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray.
  3. Cut up the biscuit dough into quarters in a large bowl.
  4. Mix the cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in another bowl.
  5. Toss the biscuit dough pieces with the chicken mixture, layering the pieces in the bundt pan with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese in between.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before inverting the pan to release the monkey bread.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy the pull-apart goodness!
