Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Cook the ground chicken in a large skillet over medium heat until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet, stirring well to combine.
- Mix in the diced tomatoes and chopped spinach, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the spinach is wilted.
- Pour in the Alfredo sauce and stir everything together. Let it simmer for another 3-5 minutes until heated through.
- Toast the hamburger buns lightly, then spoon the chicken Alfredo mixture onto the buns.
- Top with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use homemade Alfredo sauce. You can also add shredded cheese for extra creaminess or adjust spices to your liking.
