- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl.
- Combine the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth in another bowl.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the flour mixture into the wet ingredients and mix well.
- Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and cinnamon until smooth in a separate mixing bowl.
- Scoop a tablespoon of cookie dough and flatten it in your hand.
- Place about a teaspoon of cheesecake filling in the center and wrap the cookie dough around it.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Let the cookies cool on a wire rack before serving.

Serve warm or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
