Delicious Cookies and Cream Cookies combining chocolate sandwich cookies and white chocolate chips for a sweet treat.

  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and white chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden and the centers are still soft.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
