Instructions
- Blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
- Mix the blended cottage cheese with flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
- Shape the dough into bagels.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with everything seasoning.
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C) and cook bagels for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Let the bagels cool completely before storing in an airtight container. For longer storage, freeze them wrapped in plastic wrap.
