  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder

  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Rub the chicken leg quarters with olive oil and coat with the spice mixture.
  3. Place the chicken in the crockpot and pour the chicken broth around it.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
