- 4 chicken leg quarters
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Optional: fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub the chicken leg quarters with olive oil and coat with the spice mixture.
- Place the chicken in the crockpot and pour the chicken broth around it.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving, if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the spice mixture and olive oil for a few hours or overnight before cooking. You can also add vegetables for a complete one-pot meal.
