- 1 lb cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
- 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add cooked chicken, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, and buffalo sauce; stir well.
- Add uncooked pasta.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover.
- Simmer for about 10-12 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Serve warm with optional garnishes like green onions or parsley.
Notes
For a quicker version, use rotisserie chicken. Customize by adding vegetables or different types of cheese.
