- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and sausage, cooking until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the same skillet; sauté until softened.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and Cajun seasoning; bring to a simmer.
- Incorporate the heavy cream and return the chicken and sausage to the skillet.
- Add the pasta and cook according to the package directions until al dente, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, adjust the Cajun seasoning to taste. You can substitute the chicken with shrimp or other proteins, and add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for more nutrition.
