- 1 cup Heavy Cream

Instructions
- Start by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
- Once the oil is hot, add the chicken fillets to the pan. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Mix until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to ensure the chicken is heated through.
- Serve the chicken with the sauce poured over it alongside your fries.
Notes
For best results, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese and ensure the chicken is at room temperature before cooking.
