Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

- Add diced tomatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes until they soften.
- Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and pepper, allowing the sauce to simmer for a few minutes.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and mix well.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
Notes
Use fresh, ripe tomatoes for the best flavor. Add red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
