Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.

- Add shredded chicken and buffalo sauce; cook until heated through.
- Lower heat and mix in ranch dressing and heavy cream until well combined.
- Gradually stir in cheddar cheese until melted; season with salt and pepper.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce and heat through for about 2 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For a healthier version, substitute the heavy cream with half-and-half or milk. You can also add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for added nutrition.
