A creamy and flavorful classic appetizer that’s perfect for gatherings and game days.

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in the thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, bread, or crackers.

Notes

Ensure to drain the spinach and artichokes well to avoid excess moisture in the dip. You can substitute Greek yogurt for a healthier option.
