Ingredients

  • 2 cups white cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the steak strips with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning.
  4. Add the steak to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the white cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Add the cooked penne and steak back into the skillet. Toss to combine and heat through.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
