- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into strips
- 2 cups white cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak strips with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning.
- Add the steak to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the white cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add the cooked penne and steak back into the skillet. Toss to combine and heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste. Add vegetables for extra nutrition and flavor.
