Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef (sliced thinly)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix olive oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Toss broccoli with a little olive oil and season with salt.
  5. Place the marinated beef in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  6. Add the broccoli and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the beef is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the beef for longer than 15 minutes. Adjust cooking times based on your air fryer’s model, and avoid overcrowding the basket.
