- 1 pound beef (sliced thinly)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix olive oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Add sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss broccoli with a little olive oil and season with salt.
- Place the marinated beef in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Add the broccoli and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the beef is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the beef for longer than 15 minutes. Adjust cooking times based on your air fryer’s model, and avoid overcrowding the basket.
