Ingredients
- Tortillas
- Cheese (mozzarella or a blend)
- Pizza sauce
- Pepperoni
- Olive oil spray
- Seasonings (optional, such as oregano or Italian seasoning)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread a layer of pizza sauce on a tortilla.
- Add a generous amount of cheese and a few slices of pepperoni over the sauce.
- Fold the tortilla in half and press the edges to seal.
- Lightly spray the outside of the pizza pocket with olive oil.
- Place the pizza pocket in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Don’t overfill your pizza pockets. Use a fork to press the edges of the tortilla to ensure they are sealed well. Experiment with different fillings like vegetables or sauces.
