- 2 tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup cooked chicken, pepperoni, or veggies (your choice)
Instructions
- Fill each tortilla with shredded cheese and your choice of cooked chicken, pepperoni, or veggies.
- Fold the tortillas in half and lightly spray the outside with cooking spray.
- Place the filled tortillas in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 375°F for 6–8 minutes, flipping them once halfway through. Keep an eye on them until they are golden and the cheese is melty.
- Avoid overfilling the tortillas to ensure they get crispy and the cheese stays inside.
Notes
Serve with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream for dipping.
