Ingredients

  • 3 large russet potatoes, cut into one-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Wash and cube potatoes into even one-inch pieces.
  2. Soak in cold water for 10 minutes, then drain and dry thoroughly.
  3. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. Arrange potatoes in a single layer in the basket.
  6. Cook for 12 minutes, shake the basket, then cook another 10 to 12 minutes until golden and crisp.
  7. Check tenderness with a fork and cook 2 to 3 minutes longer if needed.
  8. Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with parsley, and serve immediately.
