- 2 medium zucchini
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Cooking spray or olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the zucchini into thick fries.
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
- Dip zucchini fries into the breadcrumb mixture, coating them well.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the zucchini fries in the basket in a single layer.
- Spray the tops of the fries with cooking spray.
- Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve with ranch or marinara dip.
Notes
For extra crunch, you can double-coat the zucchini fries and experiment with different seasonings.
