Crispy, healthier alternative to traditional fries made in an air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Cooking spray or olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the zucchini into thick fries.
  3. Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
  4. Dip zucchini fries into the breadcrumb mixture, coating them well.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place the zucchini fries in the basket in a single layer.
  7. Spray the tops of the fries with cooking spray.
  8. Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  9. Serve with ranch or marinara dip.

Notes

For extra crunch, you can double-coat the zucchini fries and experiment with different seasonings.
