Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drain the cottage cheese in a fine-mesh sieve and pat dry with paper towels.
- Combine the drained cottage cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Spoon tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart, and flatten each mound.
- Sprinkle chopped chives or grated Parmesan cheese over each chip if desired.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the chips are crispy.
- Cool the chips completely on the baking sheet.
- Remove the chips carefully and serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
