Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Chopped parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry for about 6-8 minutes until the shrimp are cooked and have browned edges.
  5. While the shrimp are cooking, melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat and add minced garlic; cook until fragrant.
  6. Once the shrimp are done, toss them with the garlic butter.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For the best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Adjust garlic to taste.
