Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Chopped parsley for garnish
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for about 6-8 minutes until the shrimp are cooked and have browned edges.
- While the shrimp are cooking, melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat and add minced garlic; cook until fragrant.
- Once the shrimp are done, toss them with the garlic butter.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
For the best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Adjust garlic to taste.
