- 2 cans of cinnamon rolls (the kind that come with frosting)
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- ½ cup of butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- Optional: chopped nuts or chocolate chips
Instructions
- Spray your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Open the cans of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters. Place them in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Mix the milk, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon in a separate bowl until well combined.
- Pour the milk mixture evenly over the cinnamon rolls in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle nuts or chocolate chips on top, if using.
- Cover and cook on low for about 120-180 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
- Turn off the slow cooker and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with drizzled frosting on top or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for extra sweetness.
