- 2 Chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 8 ounces Pasta of choice
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 Bell pepper, chopped
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Parmesan cheese, optional
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions, bell peppers, and minced garlic; sauté until softened.
- Stir in the chicken and Cajun seasoning, cooking until the chicken is no longer pink.
- Add the pasta, chicken broth, and heavy cream; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer until the pasta is cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, topped with parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, serve with a side salad or garlic bread. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to three days.
