- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)

- Pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices cheese (American or cheddar)
- Condiments (ketchup, mustard, etc.)
- Optional toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles)
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
- Divide ground beef into balls (about 4-6 oz each).
- Place the beef balls on the griddle and smash them down with a spatula.
- Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until a crispy crust forms.
- Flip the burgers and add cheese on top.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Toast the burger buns on the griddle for a minute.
- Assemble the burgers with your favorite condiments and toppings.
Notes
Use high-quality ground beef for the best flavor. Don’t skip smashing the burgers for a great crust! Experiment with different cheeses and toppings.
