- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a pie pan.
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl, then gradually blend this dry mixture into the wet mixture.
- Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Pour the cookie dough into the prepared pie pan and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and set in the center.
- Cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Serve warm topped with vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, or powdered sugar. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
