Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, maple syrup, eggs, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just blended.
- Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form and edges are set, about 2-3 minutes.
- Flip and cook until golden brown.
- Assemble the sandwiches by placing a pancake, followed by bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, and cheese.
- Top with another pancake.
- Serve warm and enjoy your sweet-and-savory breakfast treat!
Notes
Add extra maple syrup on the side for dipping if you like more sweetness. These sandwiches can also be enjoyed as a snack or quick lunch.
