  • Crispy bacon strips
  • Savory sausage patties
  • Fluffy scrambled eggs
  • Melty cheese slices

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk milk, maple syrup, eggs, and melted butter.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just blended.
  4. Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form and edges are set, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Flip and cook until golden brown.
  8. Assemble the sandwiches by placing a pancake, followed by bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, and cheese.
  9. Top with another pancake.

Notes
