- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: chopped parsley, extra cheese
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and drain excess fat.
- In the same skillet, add ground beef and garlic; cook until beef is browned.
- Stir in heavy cream, cooked bacon, and cheeses. Mix until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, topped with extra cheese or parsley if desired.
Notes
Make sure not to overcook the pasta. You can use any type of cheese you like and customize the recipe with vegetables.
