- 1 pound crab meat
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of puff pastry or biscuit dough
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Roll out the puff pastry or biscuit dough and cut it into rounds.
- Place a spoonful of the crab mixture in the center of each round.
- Fold the dough over and seal the edges well.
- Arrange the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Be gentle when mixing the crab mixture to keep the crab meat from breaking apart. Ensure you seal the edges well to prevent leakage during baking.
