Instructions
- Bring chicken broth to a boil in a large pot and add the orzo. Cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in the same pot. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cooked chicken to the pot and stir until heated through.
- Fold in the cooked orzo and crumbled feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
