- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon five-spice powder
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for baking
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine five-spice powder, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add chicken wings to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.
- Arrange the marinated wings on the wire rack.
- Spray the wings lightly with vegetable oil.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are crispy and cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crispiness, flip the wings halfway through baking. Marinating overnight enhances flavor.
