- Glaze (optional, for sheen)
Instructions
- Pre-bake the tart shell according to package instructions or recipe. Allow to cool.
- Fill the cooled tart shell with pastry cream, spreading it evenly.
- Arrange the assorted fresh fruits on top of the pastry cream in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
- If desired, brush a thin layer of glaze over the fruits for added sheen.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!
