  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (like parsley or thyme), chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foam forms.
  2. Combine flour and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and eggs. Knead until smooth.
  3. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Punch down the dough, shape it into balls, and place them in a greased baking dish.
  6. Let the rolls rise again for 30 minutes.
  7. Brush with melted garlic butter and sprinkle with herbs.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
