  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and gently remove the stems.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Combine sautéed garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and breadcrumbs if using in a mixing bowl.
  5. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
  6. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden and the mushrooms are tender.
