- 4 boneless pork chops (1 inch thick)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a wire rack.
- Mix the flour, eggs combined with milk, and the breadcrumb mixture which includes breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in three separate bowls.
- Coat each pork chop first in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally cover with the breadcrumb mix. Press gently to ensure the breading sticks well.
- Place the coated pork chops on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil for a golden, crunchy finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through for even cooking.
- Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley for a touch of color.
