Delicious and healthy Oatmeal Raisin Bars made from oats, bananas, and almond butter, perfect for breakfast or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 67 medium bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
  2. Add the mashed bananas, rolled oats, almond butter, and maple syrup to a mixing bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Fold in the raisins, keeping a few aside to top the bars.
  4. Transfer the batter into the lined pan and spread it evenly. Top with the reserved raisins.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before slicing into bars.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for up to three months. Use ripe bananas for the best sweetness and flavor.
