- 3 ripe bananas, mashed

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- If desired, fold in the honey or maple syrup, and any optional ingredients like nuts or chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
Notes
For best flavor, use very ripe bananas. Adjust the sweetness of the bread by varying the amount of honey or maple syrup.
